Buffalo Joes was established in 2013 selling wings from our crazy converted Citroen h van!
We have been trading in Cambridge with "foodPark" a street food collective since the early days, we then expanded our enterprise into Eat17, Bishops Stortford and grew the Buffalo Joe's dream from there. Now in 2021 we have opened our very own restaurant!
Buffalo Joe's came 2nd place with our Korean wings in 2017 at WingFest & was the Judges Choice Winner!
We will be returning to WingFest this year to claim 1st place!
With our Green Machine truck in Cambridge, our restaurant in Bishops Stortford & now our home delivery service you really can enjoy Buffalo Joe's, wherever and whenever you please!
